Stop living life for others. You have other people’s goals and dreams, and you are helping them live them by assisting and supporting them. It is not bad but you also have to live your dreams.
Start by writing down your dreams. Don’t replace yourself with others. If you have money to spend on something you love, use it for that.
If there are things that are important to you like your hobbies, your values, and all of that, don’t put them after someone else’s.
Accept yourself for who are
Self-love beats all. By accepting yourself, you will live a more fulfilled life. Accept your strengths and weak ways and improve them.
Capitalize on your quirks and perks. You will be much happier than you will ever be if you keep pointing out your flaws.
If you are tied down by the things you have done in the past then find a healthy way of dealing with them so they do not hold you down.

There is no time machine you are going to jump into to change that. The future is something you can control.
You don’t know what it holds for what will come your way so you have to focus on the present.
Instead of worrying about the future or beating yourself over the last, learn from the past and use it now to work towards the future. Live in the present.
See everything around you. Feel everything around you, and enjoy what you have.
Keep an open mind
Always be willing to learn. No one knows everything and we learn in different ways. So no matter how strongly believe in something else, always be willing to hear someone else’s opinion.
That doesn’t mean that you should change yours, it just means that you should be willing to listen to others.
When someone speaks, don’t shut them off in anger or walk away instead listen and understand what they are saying.
By doing that, you get to understand their point of view, know how they think, and how to relate with them
Push yourself out of your comfort zone
Your comfort zone is what you’re used to and you’re comfortable with something, that doesn’t stress you. Try to live outside your comfort zone. It is very fun.
If you have a unique look try to cut your hair or use less makeup. Do things that you would not normally do.
Maybe take a visit to a park meet new friends and talk with them join the club goes out and party.
This is the part where most people understand living life to the fullest. Some understand this but they don’t do anything about it because of fear.
Think of whatever results you get as a lesson or a blessing not as a failure.
Shun negativity
No matter what it is you want to do, there will always be people who try to bring you down either as a person or discourage you from what you are doing.
Pay no heed to them and do what you want to do. Don’t let their discouragement or harsh words get to you. You will get it from different people at different times.
All you have to do a stick to what you want to do and accept support from people who are willing to support him.
You’re telling yourself that you can do anything that you want to do and you can achieve the same you set your mind to soon without depending on other people’s opinions. It is a positive way to build strength and to grow and live life

A carpe diemist doesn’t help towards the future. In fact, they focus on what they have now, enjoy doing what they live, see things as they, are appreciate life, spend time with the people they love, and have no worries for the future.

Someone who appreciates little things is called an upbeat person.
They appreciate every day, they appreciate the little things that no one really values or takes into consideration, like the sunset and sunrise the wind, the air, children and people, peace, and happy moments, and they show gratitude for the things that they enjoy.
They are also very optimistic and cheerful. They always look at the bright side of things, or at least through the ease of gratitude. It’s weird for you to meet them sad.
Another thing about them is that aside from obsessing the little things they also care about people and value them.
